Minhs Asia Market offers a wide variety of Asian groceries, including seaweed, sushi ingredients, Tempeh and Tofu (though both not organic), a lot of sauces and curry pastes, coconut milk, egg and dairy free noodles, many different kinds of beans, tapioka pearls for bubble tea and some fresh produce and herbs. Prices are low and service is really nice. The shop is really small, big backpacks are not a good idea. :)
Right next to it is Minhs Bistro, a "fast-food" Asian restaurant which offers a few items on the menu that seem vegan (red thai curry with veggies and tofu, served with rice...). They also have a delivery service.
